Lori Senecal created the advertisement from scratch, and she stated that the representatives from the American Airlines loved their advertisement, which is why they wanted her to stay and be given a chance to prove herself further. Senecal managed to end up with a deal between two companies who are not aware of each other’s culture, but she stated that it can be worked upon, and people just needs to communicate and speak with each other.
